We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Bhopal team. The role involves handling technical support requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting international clients. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Manage and respond to requests through a ticketing system.
- Assist with laptop setup, software installation, and system configuration.
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT or a related field).
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Experience working with ticketing/support management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support clients from UK and UAE.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts when required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
