About The Role:

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes
  • Exposure to both domestic and international hiring
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for talent sourcing
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT recruitment
  • Good understanding of technical roles and skill sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
