Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for IT Services and AI Services who can independently bring new projects and clients to the company.
• The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, client communication, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing projects.
• This role requires a self-driven professional who can manage the entire BD cycle independently, as the candidate will be the primary person responsible for bringing IT and AI service projects to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and acquire IT Services and AI Services projects from international clients.

Identify business opportunities related to:

• Software Development
• Web & Application Development
• AI / AI Agent Development
• AI Automation Solutions
• Custom IT Solutions.
• Manage the complete business development cycle independently.
• Generate leads through bidding platforms and outbound outreach.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and project scope.
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close deals.
• Convert leads into successful project closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams after project confirmation.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

Required Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in IT Services Business Development.
• Proven experience in acquiring IT development and AI-related projects.
• Experience handling end-to-end project acquisition independently.
• Strong experience working with international clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
