This isn’t your typical campus hiring drive. We don’t care about your college tier, your CGPA, or whether you can reverse a linked list on a whiteboard. We care about whether you can think, review, and decide — with AI doing the heavy lifting on execution. Challenge Structure Round 1 — Resume ScreeningEmail your resume to ai-hiring@ioanyt.com. Shortlisted candidates are sent Round 2 tasks. Round 2 — Stage 1 Tasks (Async)
- 500-word written response about a broken software product and how you’d fix it
- 10-minute screen recording: Use ChatGPT or Claude to build a simple to-do app
- 15-question reasoning quiz (20 minutes): Logic, pattern recognition, debugging, situational judgment
Round 3 — Live Assessment (60 min, Video Call)
- Warm-up (5 min): Walk through your screen recording — what worked, what you’d do differently
- Live AI task (25 min): Fix bugs and add a feature using Claude, thinking aloud
- PR review exercise (15 min): Review AI-generated code — find what’s wrong
- Scenario Q&A (15 min): How you handle ambiguity, pressure, and AI mistakes
Round 4 — 15-Day Immersive WorkshopIn-office, co-located. Structured curriculum covering prompt engineering, code review, QA, project management, AWS, and client simulation. Batch size: 10–15 candidates. Participation certificate issued to all attendees. Top 20% selected for 12-week paid deep training program.
