Job Title: US Recruitment Lead

Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic US Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end delivery for the North American market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing and be capable of mentoring a small team while handling their own pipeline. Experience in US Government/Public Sector staffing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of US recruiters.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT, Admin, and Healthcare roles.
- Ensure high-quality submissions through VMS/MSP portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and advanced Boolean search.
- Collaborate with US Account Managers for smooth delivery.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of US IT staffing experience.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
- Experience with ATS tools (Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
Preferred:
- Team handling experience (2–5 recruiters).
- Government/Public Sector staffing exposure.
